Placing an order

When you add an item to your cart, you will be notified that item has been added to your cart and can continue shopping. Your cart item count is indicated at the top right of the screen. You can click on the cart count at any point and you’ll be brought to the Checkout.

In the Checkout, you can:

– Remove an item
– Adjust quantities

Items adjusted will be saved in your cart, if you then choose to continue shopping. If desired quantity is unavailable you will be notified when selecting quantity of that product.

 

Checkout

When you are ready to purchase the items in your bag, simply click the cart count to go to checkout.

STEP 1

First of all you have to fill your contact and shipping information. Please make sure your details are correct in order to ship your order without any problems.

STEP 2

Shipping - This is free to all UK orders only. Orders outside of the UK, please select relevant shipping option.

STEP 3

On the Payment section, you can select your preferred payment choice and fill out payment details. You will see the order summary details of your transaction. You can still adjust quantities here.

If your order is correct, click Continue. Then review all provided information is correct and click Purchase.

Please note: Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order.

 

Payment

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Apple Pay. If you don’t use any of these options, please contact our customer service here.

If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

 

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors.

 

Order changes and cancellations

If you would like to change/cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we are in most cases able to help you. Please note that there’s not much to do when your order has been sent.
